Appetizers- Quesadilla warm flour tortillas, sauteed chicken, rajas, cheese and tomatillo-chipotle salsa or Grilled Asparagus with fried chili garlic and toasted sesame seeds
Entrée- Chicken Mole Enchiladas stuffed with free-range chicken and jack cheese in a rich traditional Mole Negro sauce with poblano chile rice, black beans and organic baby greens salad (*spicy) or Braised Short Rib in beurre rouge with potato purée and organic Farmers Market vegetables
